Kesher Tefillin

This workshop, created, designed and facilitated by Noah Greenberg of Tzfat, facilitates and empowers participants to understand Tefillin, through a fusion of “hands on” creativity and learning ending with tangible results – a pair of kosher Tefillin made by the participant! This program is a more in depth and longer process, consisting of at least 15 hours over multiple sessions, but the result is an outstanding, unforgettable experience for the participants who walk away with a new understanding of what Tefillin are as well as their own, hand-made by them, pair of kosher Tefillin. Kol HaOt is proud to partner with Kesher Tefillin and offer it as an opportunity in our gallery in Jerusalem.

Kol HaOt imparts Jewish values, texts and history through a creative synthesis of the visual and performing arts.

We believe that harnessing the arts, via our interactive programs, is a necessity, not a luxury, and is an effective model for Jewish education, identity and community.
